The Genius Immune Systems

Our Responsibility

Hippocrates said it: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food"

That holistic view is what Holistic GoCancerGo believes is the right one. We must support and maintain our health consciously.

To make it clear; our health is our responsibility, our body is our responsibility, it is NOT other people's responsibility. Others can support, help, advise, present options but finally it is your decision what to do with your body and health.

Do you live like you don't care about your health, and when the point comes that your body's immune systems are failing/overloaded, then your doctor must solve the problem?

Most of us eat too much and unhealthily, and to be honest it is difficult to find real natural food. Our food chain is poisoned at all levels and to heal we must break the chains with all unnatural food and drinks and that is a hell of a job but needed.

Our Immune Systems Needs You to Change

We need to give our immune systems more peace. With all the wrong food and habits, we overload our immune systems and when at a certain moment health becomes an issue, we need healthy, ready, free working immune systems, that can give all support where it is needed in our body.

"True health begins by empowering the body's genius defenses."
Your body needs energy and is like a big salt battery and when you are 20-30 years old it is in a 100% energy condition. From 30 years old, every decade that energy will go down around 10%. When you are 60 years old and sick, it means you have left around 70% energy max compare to when you were younger.
To keep that energy level up you need good food, and believe it or not, a 10% more or less energy can make a huge difference. This is the reason we created the Holistic GoCancerGo Protocol to save and create energy.

The body immune system is an outstanding unique system and how it works is little known. What we for sure know is, that when we put all kinds of toxins in our bodies, we eat more and more frequent fast food and other unhealthy foods and drinks, we put our immune system under pressure.

How Can We Make a Change?

The Skin

Let's start with something very few people think about, our skin. Our biggest organ is your skin and when you are healthy, and we harm or irritate our skin, it reacts immediately. It repairs, it sweats, it starts a process against an overload of sun. (Sunlight is very healthy, but like with everything, keep it moderate) etc.

Everything that touches your skin needs to be natural:

  • To save energy, use clothes from only natural fibers on your skin, 100% natural.
  • Sleep in a bed with cotton, linen or hemp sheets, the benefits are incredible, and a good night's rest is invaluable.
  • Start the day with an almost cold shower, don't use soap.
  • Stop using all non-natural creams, shampoos, conditioners, makeups. Don't use deodorants, use bicarbonate under your arm pits and on your foot soles.
  • Where oil is, there is no water, use mint oil for your feet.
  • Depending on your condition, check, at www.holisticgocancergo.com which oils are beneficial for your skin.

Food, Drinks, Medicine

How can you create a healthier environment within your own body?

Below is a structured protocol you can use as a base framework, which can be adapted to individual needs (age, condition, culture, preferences).
